People come to therapy for many different reasons, and I support clients across a wide range of emotional, relational, and life experiences. I regularly work with anxiety, depression, trauma, low mood, low self-esteem, relationship and family difficulties, workplace stress, identity exploration, grief and loss, communication challenges, boundaries, people-pleasing, social anxiety, parental support, menstrual health concerns, and life transitions. Some clients arrive with a clear focus, while others simply know that something feels overwhelming, stuck, or difficult to manage alone.

I have a particular specialism in family estrangement and a strong interest in working with Autistic and ADHD adults (with or without formal diagnosis).

I work integratively, drawing from person-centred therapy, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gestalt, and Polyvagal theory, allowing therapy to be tailored to you rather than fitting you into one fixed model.

At the heart of my approach is collaboration. I aim to provide a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental online space where you can explore your experiences, strengthen self-trust, and move towards meaningful and sustainable change.
