  • Between 5-12 sessions. We can discuss the number in our consultation and further in our first session which will be an assessment session.

    These can be booked as a block and paid for weekly or as one.

  • Similar to single sessions solution focused brief therapy aims to empower you to understand how to support yourself through making suggestions, exploring techniques and practicing strategies.

    This type of therapy is particularly helpful for supporting individuals who need support in the present but don’t want to look at their past. maybe you have done this previously in session or maybe just now isn’t the right time for you.

    I have supported individuals using this type of therapy for anxiety, depression, low self esteem or motivation, work place issues, career changes, family issues, communication styles and many more.
