    I have supported individuals with anxiety, preparing for public speaking, low mood, understanding trauma and managing responses, relationship issues, workplace issues, communication styles, boundary setting and MANY more.

    The effectiveness comes from the mindset of both the client and the counsellor. By us both sticking to boundaries of that session (even if you plan to have more sessions later) we can develop clear and concise strategies for you to implement outside of the session.
